Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AWTANIA S.L. ("Kunalia", "we") handles the personal data you share through the Kunalia DMC Europe website. The Spanish version of this policy prevails if the two versions differ.

What data we collect
When you request a quote, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your agency's name and country;
- the trip details you give us: travel dates, number of passengers, destinations, hotel category, budget and any special requirements;
- the language of the page you used.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you include in those messages.
Why we use it and on what legal basis

Fields marked as required in the form are needed to answer your request. Without them we cannot prepare a quote.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we handle your request and for as long as the commercial relationship with your agency continues. After that, we keep it only for the periods required by law, for example tax and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- service providers that process it on our behalf: website hosting, email delivery, internal team messaging, website security and, with your consent, website analytics;
- travel suppliers such as hotels and transport companies, when needed to arrange a trip your agency has confirmed;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@kunalia.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems.
Changes
We may update this policy when the law or our services change. The current version is always published on this page.
